I have mixed reviews for this place. Pros: 1) The room service staff were kind and responded to requests promptly. 2) Both restaurants seemed quite popular. We ate in the lower restaurant & the food was good! Highly recommend the paneer tikka. Staff were also very helpful and kind. Cons: 1) Some weird, damp smell throughout the building, especially in the rooms. Likely due to poor ventilation & the hotel being old. 2) Rooms are quite dark, especially if you need to keep your curtains closed (no view, or a residence is next to your room). 3) Toilet needs replacing. Hard to tell if it’s been cleaned… likely just old.

I stayed in this hotel 6 days.Everythings was ok but the manager of house keeping is very rough.He don't know how to behave with customers.There is lots of defective in the room.No hot water for bath AC is defective,All the bathroom aminities was defective but still we are adjusting with all the defects .But one good thing of this hotel food.Thr restrunant is excellent and all the staff of the restrunant is very polite.

I used to stay in this hotel more than last 5 yrs during my official tour, but now I must say that service become pathatic, all the time total reddish water comes from water tap. You can't take bath with that water. Quality of food detoriated. I got very unhealthy half cooked chiken. No variety of item in breakfast , main item is always puri sabji. They don't offer any option as alternate. I took 2 boiled egg, both was rotten egg. Most shocking thing is they serve Mazza as juice. I will not recommend to stay now. Now a days many new and much better hotels are available at the same range.
