We stayed at the White House Hotel and really liked it. The outside of the hotel isn't very fancy, but inside it's very clean and nice. The price to stay here is good, not too expensive. The people who work at the hotel are really helpful, especially the manager. They made sure we had everything we needed. It's easy to walk to the Golden Temple from the hotel, only takes about 15 minutes. We chose rooms with balconies which were a bit more expensive, but they were bigger. The rooms are very clean. Complementary water was useful.Towels were old but smelled clean.there was a refrigerator which was useful. I would tell others to stay here and I plan to come back and stay for a few more days next time.

We stayed at the White House Hotel and I really like it. Rooms are very clean and nice. The price to stay here is good, not too expensive. Hotel staff are really helpful, especially the manager. They made sure we had everything we needed. Hotel is near by golden temple and it takes only 10 minutes.

Awesome place to stay in Amritsar near golden temple yet cozy and standard room like a neat 3/4 star. Humble staff. Hotel managers are great person. Call them ahead of booking as we will work out great room options as per your requirements

One of the worst hotels in a very crowded and narrow streets area of amritsar. Dont go by the name. Washrooms are filthy & dirty. Service is also not very good. The biggest problem you will face is parking your car here, the hotel does not even have its own parking and you are allowed to park your vehicle anywhere without any responsibility. Dont go by reviews or hotel room pics shared by them in maps/any other site. Place is too overcrowded & near market. Ola/Uber Cabs doesn't go there.
