Rude staff, no cleanliness or hygiene. Weird flies are hosting you for the stay cause the staff is busy gossiping or trying to figure ways how to get more money out of you. Absolutely no go for corporate bookings cause they don’t give you an invoice and only take payment in cash unless you book online. This place has no hot water, no fresh towels, drinking water is charged and please don’t order food from here you really can’t trust the kitchen is hygienic. Staff doesn’t care about even the manager thinks, the guy literally ran away in hiding when we asked them to get our luggage. Better options in a better price available nearby.

Wonder Hills Hotel’s service is wonderful. The operator Mr. Ashish is very courteous and friendly. The staff of the Hotel is very polite. Specially the manager Mr Ashish

WORST……WORST……WORST The hotel manager have booked our room by making false promises that their hotel is best in this locality. The manager booked our room D2 but when we want to check in he told that some toilet repairing work is going on therefore, you have to wait for 1-2 hr. After 1-2 hr he gave us our original room but room service and cleanliness are pathetic. Their room service delivered us water and towel after 5-6 calls. Our room AC is tripping off continuously from day time. Now, i am writing this review at 12:00 AM when AC is completely shut down and Manager is offering us ( 7 peoples with 2 children's) only single room having double bed, so frustrating and harassing. Never prefer this hotel in haridwar. The hotel is only have beauty in their rooms but their room service, AC and cleanliness is totally worst and pathetic. Their staff as well as Manager are not supportive in nature.
