The only good thing about the hotel is location and that too view from rooftop. The lady and a man both mostly sit at reception are very rude and arrogant. They don’t value customers at all. They don’t know the meaning of hospitality. Room service is poor, cleanliness is poor and prices are high. We recently stayed there and will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone mainly because of the owners who sit at reception.

Visited this hotel over the 2nd October long weekend. Had a very bad experience as I was staying with my little one. I had requested for a hot water kettle which was denied and was tol they will serve hot water themselves instead. Later the manager very rudely mentioned they will not send hot water as we were mis using it to make tea for ourselves and not for the kid. Also the manager said we have not ordered anything from their own resturant and they have a policy which denies customers to bring outside food to their hotel. Hotels areeant to make stay comfortable and not outrage the modesty of the guest. I even asked for the hotel owner to intervene who was looking at the heated conversation betweene and the manager and later said to let it go. You cannot insult a guest and later say it is okay. I was highly disappointed with the behaviour of the manager /staff and most of all the owner. They are least bothered about the guest. Just because they have a good view madee choose the hotel which was the biggest mistake I did. I am writing this review after my personal experience and also read similar reviews where guests living have been treated same way. I would not recommend this place for a family travelling with children.

Had worst dinner of the trip to Udaipur. 1. We ordered pizza which had raw base with all the topping and cheese side down when slice is picked. Moreover vegetable and cheese on pizza is low quality. 2. Paneer tikki tastes so bad that even this own staff spitted out when asked them to taste the stale paneer which they used. 3. Aglio olio pasta seemed okay but I don't know what kind of cheeze the use and quality of pasta seemed so shallow that all the pasta was sticky and glued to each other like frozen items rather than seperate noodles. 4. Only hakka noodles tastes okay. 5. Only and only this place Had a night view and good live singer. Rest I won't recommend to have dinner unless u can't find space anywhere near Lake pichola.
