We stayed in the hotel for 1 night( family). The location of the hotel is very good. Easily reachable. The check-in process was smooth. Our room was well-organised. Charging points, AC, TV was working fine. Bathroom was clean. We asked for one extra bed. It was quite comfortable. We ordered our dinner from outside(Zomato) and there was no issue. The hotel staff was courteous. We had breakfast in our room and it was delicious. Overall, the stay was pleasant and without any hassle. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who is visiting Allahabad. Keep up the good work !!👍

Worst experience ever, the receptionist doesn't even know how to talk to customers. We were 3 females and a male. He even said "either you give money for not staying or I'll lock you in the room". That's how they talk to their customers, even using foul language. Extremely worst experience ever. They even had 500 rupees as a booking amount. Still they behave like this. I'll never recommend going there.
