best hotel near New Delhi railway station. food was so amazing like home made. local people said it's not good hotel. but when I stay there then I got to know. good service.. ❤️ keep it up.

Hope I was able to give ratings in negative. My entire experience was very bad with this hotel, gale reviews posted by their own staff/known people are misleading, so please beware of these frauds. After seeing misleading reviews online, I booked my stay here not knowing condition of hotel, when I reached my we were locating hotel for more than 30 minutes as the hotel was located in a lane where except cycle nothing else can reach their hotel. You need to walk with your luggage .They took my online booking for Supreme King Room and when I reached hotel offered me 2 level degraded room which when I declined, they asked me to cancel my booking and search some other hotel. As I was with more luggages and with my family, I compromised and decided to stay for 1 day, however, the room they gave me had no locks. Hotel Manager told me that their hotels have CCTV each per floor, so my room is safe, still considering this when I took the room, I found the rooms to be very unhygienic and in disgusting condition. Attaching photos for reference. Later I ordered food after reading fake reviews in the same forum, it was much more disgusting. They changed 4 times more for pathetic food and over and above charged service charges for their ridiculous services. Rice delivered was the same which is distributed by government to below poverty line citizens of our country and the taste of entire food was just third class. I haven't been to such a third class hotel in my last 10-15 years of journey. Moreover, their charges are as good as some major hotel chains.

Had a pathetic experience after check in this hotel. There is hardly any service. Ordered tea and come to know from dinning that gas exhausted Debited hotel charges from debit card swap but denied to get this money and again charged me cash Washroom was pathetic Not providing even complementary drinking water where I paid room charges for single person 1958/ without food Even breakfast is not complementary Served road side toast and omlet in the morning with double prices Service boy was running behind me for tips. So don't know who had given excellent feedback , requesting to check with me.

Hotel I booked via Agoda for 12/07 to 14/07. However, hotel says they are not considering bookings from Agoda. This is due to payment issues. So hotel offered me a separate tariffs that was double of online price which I got. Location is near station, but inside a small Galli (very narrow road). Taxi not approachable. Hotel rooms are average not so clean. The kitchen was not operational during that period. Very all experience was not satisfactory.

Our experience with this hotel is really bad. They gave us a Deluxe Room, But the blanket cover was Torned. Bathroom was very uncomfortable. Shower 🚿 do not work, The commode sit was broken. The area is very very darty. It is in a very narrow, smelly & dusty. They charged 1896 Rupees for this. Very bad. Also they put some sceme of 6 hours stay at Booking.com with low prices. These are very confusing. How can a person stay at a room for 6 hours only for 3 days? We have to move to another hotel just after one night. 😞😞 . Also they don't accept international credit cards. That was also a huge hassle for me.
