It is always a wonderful experience in staying at ZAIKA INN at Mandarin. This hotel becomes a natural choice of our family since we frequently visit Mandarmoni. The strategic location of the hotel is right on the beach adjoining the sea. This time we stayed there from 19th November, 2023 and found that the hotel is renovated a lot and a lavish facelift is done resulting in a beautiful staying experience. Very nice ambience. Almost no walk from room to sea beach or sea itself. They have their private beach balcony decorated with all amenities. Service is wonderful, cordial behavior. Cosy stay with exceptional cleanliness. Fooding is delicious. We took mostly Bengali cuisine and relished it as if at home. We returned with fabulous satisfaction. Big hands to all staff members.

Mr. Chandan needs to do some hospitality training, earning money for the hotel looked top priority, no tv are working, no proper drinking water, no bed sheet to cover even in ac rooms, beverages and drinks available only as per restaurant convenience. This was pointed to Mr Chandan but no changes were done. But excellent location and good food.

Everything is Fine but the Manager is very clever. Pls 🙏 before u go have to clear these things..he (the Manager) was asking for cash-only. There is no option for online transactions. If you request an online transaction, a 14% GST will be applied. Additionally, there are no working ATMs within a 5 to 10 km radius; you would need to go to the main road to find one. "The manager cheated his owner. I had a very bad experience." Pls pls u have to clear these things before u go... I have paid 4000 RS for 1 very expensive room...

We found this hotel in Mandarmani when searching for a on beach location to stay. You can enjoy the Beach view from your room and also from it's common space area. At the time of tide, water enters inside the hotel area. You can enjoy this experience by staying in your hotel also. Rooms are decent. Service is good. Last but not the least, the price is cheaper than the other Hotels/Resorts on this location. Recommended.
