Hotel is located in a busy and traffic congested area. Parking was a headache and nightmare. Toilet and Bathroom is inside an area of around 34 square feet. Bowl type of wash basin is kept near the closet. I could not take a proper body wash as it was too small . The pipe fittings were of 20 years old. Also Body wash and shampoo were inside a plastic box attached to the wall. The only advantage is that the temple is 500 meter away from the Hotel.

Excellent and well maintained rooms at an affordable rate. The property is located in the heart of kancheepuram town. The complimentary breakfast is awesome. The service too is nice. Only thing i felt bad was about the restaurant delivery time, otherwise i would’ve given a five star review.

We made reservations at this hotel several months in advance for our family vacation to India, with intended check-in on 26 December 2023 and check-out on 27 December 2023. However, upon arriving at the hotel around 9:00 pm on the check-in date, we were informed by the reception staff that there were no available rooms and that our booking had been canceled at 5:30 pm on the same day. The sudden cancellation without prior notice raised concerns. During our inquiry about the booking details, the receptionist displayed rudeness and mentioned a reluctance to provide rooms for "Malaysians". After an hour of contentious discussions, the receptionist suggested an alternative residency on a different street. Upon checking, we found the suggested residency to be uncomfortable with subpar facilities and poorly maintained rooms. This experience fell short of professional standards, as we expected to receive the facilities and services commensurate with our payment. If such cancellations are possible, the hotel should refrain from accepting pre-booking payments and clearly communicate such policies on their website. Our entire family, including elderly members and children had to wait outside the hotel late at night until we secured alternative accommodations. This incident was a highly distressing and unprofessional experience.

Staying here has been the worst experience for us, whether anywhere else in India or USA. When we moved in for a 2 night stay in 2 adjacent rooms, we found the bathrooms dirty with a dead insect and some left over articles from previous tenant. The water would never turn hot, Luke warm at most even after keeping it running for 15-20 mins as advised by their staff. The worst part was constant noise from the restaurant below which would not let us sleep till after midnight. They wouldn't oblize repeated requests to reassign the rooms.There was no body wash lotion refilled in the bathroom. There is no parking space and our driver had tough time parking the car (Toyota innova) elsewhere every time. Worst experience ever. Glad we will be checking out soon and expect any other place would be better than thus.

The very first hotel we stayed after a hectic day of travelling all the way from chennai. The rooms were so clean and good. The housekeeping people's were so helpful and kind towards us. The rooms are pretty calm and peaceful. We stayed there a night and the only thing we felt a little worried was when the power cut which happened middle of the night and luckily they fix it immediately. Other than that we like the stay and nice hotel as well.
