Booked Hyatt due to proximity to hospital which I needed access to. The check in staff was very friendly. My request for 3rd bed was fulfilled. The corridor had a mouldy, old smell as if they have never been steam cleaned. The same issue existed with the carpet in room. The linen was clean but seem old. Bathrooms were old but clean. The place needs a revamp big time. Charging 5 star price but not to standard anymore.

Though the hotel is known for its brand Hyaat , but the little inconvenience caused by some members of the staff to the people makes a huge difference. We had to repeatedly call the room service for one single thing. Not all the staff are the same there are few who do not pay attention. There was one guy named Neeraj Diwan he was too good and professional in his work moreover the way he talked was very polite and humble. All over the stay was good, could have been better.

I have been staying at thia hotel evetytime I am in town. I had a bad experience last night. Normally when I book my room , they offer me dinner at 40% discounted price because it it too expensive but with discount it is reasonable. Last night after I had dinner I was told there is no such thing as 40% discount, but everything I have been given the discount of 40% on previous bookings. Staff didn't even mane any effort to even help me. Disappointed. I may change my hotel next time to Raddison

Stayed here for one night. Check in experience long, crowded, disorganized. Room - empty bottle on the ground from the previous room user Floor - super dirty Room - smelly Hot water ran out in the morning during the shower & the shower head was clogged so the water pressure was very low Thankfully only stayed the one night. Checked into the Radisson Blu MDB much better experience.
