I had a pleasant experience at the hotel. The accommodation was comfortable and cozy, making for a relaxing stay. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free. For dinner, I opted for the à la carte menu, and I was not disappointed. The food was delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of Indian breakfast options, although there were fewer choices for English or Western breakfast items. However, the quality of the food was good, and I left satisfied. All in all, I found the hotel to be great value for money. It offered a nice environment, comfortable rooms, and delightful dining experiences. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Pros: 1. Definitely a luxury hotel with excellent ambience, excellent cleanliness and excellent service 2. Food was just awesome. Tried both in-room dining as well as buffet from a ceremony held. Quality of food was excellent 3. Room was very well maintained with all the facilities one could ever ask for Cons: 1. Nothing that I came across but it’s an expensive place to stay and dine. It’s definitely worth every penny Overall, would definitely recommend to everyone and would definitely consider staying there in future

Our experience at Hyatt Regency Thrissur for our recent event was nothing short of exceptional. The party hall was elegant, spacious, and beautifully set the perfect ambiance for our celebration. The staff's service was impeccable – attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. From the seamless event planning to the delicious catering, every detail was flawlessly executed. Our guests were impressed, and so were we. Truly made our special occasion unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a top-notch venue and service! 👏🏽 Also to mention about the last minute cake, hats off to the chef. The cake was a pure symphony of rich chocolate goodnessso moist and velvety text combined with intense cocoa flavour created a heavenly experience for my taste buds. Each bite was a delightful journey into chocolate paradise. Highly recommended for fellow chocolate enthusiasts!!!

I stayed at your hotel for 3 days in December 2023 and my experience was very good . I already wrote my critique and discussed with the manager before I left. For a hotel that is 4 years old , not to have a bar is very unusual and during my discussion with the manager I understood the owners preference for alcohol prohibition and he being the wealthy owner can do whatever he wants. The service in the restaurant was clearly below par and this is a common problem in all the hotels I stayed in Delhi Agra. Jaipur Goa and Kochi and you must instruct the waiters to be more attentive, if I come again with family I will stay in your hotel, if alone I will stay in a hotel near the round so that I can walk around town lost in my nostalgic dreams. . I read about a fellow complaining about steak not properly cooked- he should not be eating steaks anyway and I by the same token I should not be drinking alcohol either- best of luck and hope your hotel continues to be a success
