The rooms of the hotel are nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us the rental 2 wheeler and accommodated well. The location is near to city center so all the tourist attractions are very close. The breakfast options are less but the vada were amazing. Overall a decent experience.

Rooms are not well maintained; the bed sheets, pillow covers, towels had stains and fowl smell; if at all you are coming along with your family, pls do not visit here. The only thing they do after somebody vacates is, emptying the room spray - which creates additional head ache. The reception executive was kind and professional otherwise I would have rated 2

Booked online through site for 2 days. After reaching the location they denied to check in and said no rooms left. They cancelled our booking without telling us and told me that you haven't paid any amount so we cancelled. But while booking site didn't showed any option, message etc regarding this. Had bad experience while check in. Also the hotel location is inside in small roads 800m from main road. I'll recommend to do check and get know to the policies before checking in

The rooms & place were good but that wasn’t the highlight. The best part of my stay were the staff. Raja, Jabaraj & Raghu were the most helpful & hospitable when it came to getting things done for my mom & I. The service was always instantaneous, they’d go out of their way to help us and never said “NO” to any of our requests. The place was pretty convenient for us as it was very near the places we had to go to and there was an auto stand right behind as well. The rooms were clean, had good ventilation and neat.
