The resort is at a pristine hilly location away from the crowded Margao city centre. The interiors of the villa are plush yet make for a comfortable stay. The huge swimming pool is a haven for those wanting to unwind in tranquil surroundings. Finally the staff went the extra mile to make my stay a comfortable one

The Great Location and Room, but Terrible Service Experience I recently stayed at a hotel with high hopes due to its prime location and appealing room setup. While the hotel's location and room lived up to expectations, I was utterly disappointed by the abysmal service I encountered during my stay. First, let's talk about the positives. The hotel's location was indeed superb. It was conveniently situated in a bustling area with easy access to popular attractions and amenities. The room I stayed in was also impressive. It was spacious, well-designed, and provided a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The amenities in the room were modern and functional, promising a pleasant stay overall. However, my excitement quickly turned into frustration due to the service mishaps I experienced. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was informed that my room wasn't ready and that I would have to wait for another 2 hours. Considering it was already late in the evening, this was an inconvenient and unexpected delay that tainted the beginning of my stay. To make matters worse, there was a complete lack of attention from the hotel staff throughout my stay. Despite the room delay, no one provided updates or offered assistance during the wait. This lack of communication and consideration left a negative impression. Additionally, when I had complaints about certain aspects of the room, there was no one available to address them. It was as if the staff was indifferent to guest feedback and concerns. In the end, while the hotel's location and room quality were undeniably impressive, the poor service overshadowed these positives. A delayed check-in, lack of responsiveness to complaints, and an overall feeling of neglect from the staff made for a disappointing stay. It's disheartening when such potential for a great experience is hindered by subpar service. Hopefully, the hotel management addresses these issues to ensure that future guests can truly enjoy the entirety of what the establishment has to offer.
