Nice hotel and good value The bright and cheerful exterior led to the welcoming and very helpful staff and then to a large, clean and comfortable air conditioned room with a small balcony. To my delight, two floors above my first floor room was a small rooftop swimming pool with a small restaurant also on the rooftop. The food was better than I had at the other small local hotels where I stayed in Rajasthan. I would have given it 5 stars had it not followed what seems to be the custom in these local hotels of not carrying out any routine room maintenance such as replacing used toiletries, teabags, cups etc. Definitely a good place to stay in Udaipur though some way out of town.

Excellent Hotel, Staff is very friendly and cooperative.I have booked Deluxe Room but they have upgraded my room at free of cost to Super Deluxe. Rooms are very clean and I like the interior of the hotel very much. Taste of the food is awesome at their rooftop restaurant. They have the pool on rooftop which is very cleaned. If you are visiting Udaipur, I highly recommend to book this hotel.

Exceptional service. Great food and good hospitality. Staff is very supportive and fast service by each and every staff starting from check in to check out. Clean rooms and well maintained location with a view. Good location with less crowd and noise and beautiful birds chirping outside the hotel. Must visit the place.

1. Unfortunately, my experience at your hotel fell short of my expectations. The room I was assigned was not clean upon arrival, with noticeable dust and stains on the furniture. The noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway was also quite disruptive, leading to a lack of sleep. I hope you can address these issues to ensure a more pleasant stay for future guests." 2. Manager behaviour was somewhat rude when we were asking casual information about hotel. 3. The service provided by the staff was lacking, with slow response times to requests and a general lack of attentiveness. The breakfast options were limited and not up to the standard I expected. I hope you take this feedback into consideration to improve the overall guest experience.
