A Ghosthotel in the middle of nowhere oposite of a gas station and a dirty road. Booked a room and no one opened the hoteldoors, so i had to leave again, a no go area

I recently stayed at this resort and while there were some positives, there were also some significant drawbacks that made the experience less enjoyable than it could have been. First, the location was good - the resort was situated in a lovely area with lots of natural beauty and scenic views. The garden was also very well maintained, and provided a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax and unwind. In terms of food, the resort offered a good selection of tasty and well-prepared meals that were enjoyed by everyone in my family. The dining area was also clean which added to the overall experience. However, there were a few areas where the resort fell short. The rooms were not up to the name of the resort. The pool, unfortunately, was not properly maintained and was quite dirty. This made it difficult to enjoy swimming, which was disappointing. Additionally, the TV in our room was not working properly, which was frustrating since we had wanted to unwind and watch some TV in the evenings. To make matters worse, we were disturbed frequently by the guests in the adjacent room, who were drunk and created a lot of noise and nuisance. This made it difficult to sleep or relax in our room, and detracted from our overall enjoyment of the resort. While the services provided by the resort staff were adequate, they did not go above and beyond in any way. Overall, while the positives of the resort were noteworthy, the negatives ultimately made it a less than satisfactory experience. Lastly the manager was humble and said that they would improve.

Outlook is quite well, but from inside zero services manners , we experienced there ,they are doing their responsibility as their compulsion to do. Very right time we moved for looking another one .

Indraprasth heritage resort is the best place to stay. I visited it with my family last week. • Hospitality: Entire staff is very polite and helpful. They did every service carrying a positive smile which was the best part of their service. • Hygiene: There is a very large area to maintain but still I didn't find any dirty place, spitting spots or any other hygiene related issue during my entire stay of 2 nights • Food: They served hot and good quality food. It was very tasty having no excessive spices or oil and was also well cooked. My all family members including youngsters and senior citizens liked it very much. •Location: Surrounded by nature and easily accessible from both Udaipur and Kumbhalgarh. Finally, I must recommend this place due to its location, hospitality and services provided. And, I would like to thank the Manager Mr. Lakhvinder Singh and his entire team.
