We had booked this place for two days from their website(eglobe) and made the full payment for the booking. We drove for 11 hrs to reach this place and when we reached they said the rooms are full and cancelled our booking saying the refund has been initiated. If there are no rooms available, on the first hand why do you even show it as available for that selected date. We had a pathetic experience where at the end of the day we were looking forward to peacefully rest in a stay we booked days ago only to reach there after 11 hours and get this response. If you’ve created a website to manage bookings then do that instead of just accepting payments to cancel it later.

We had taken the standard deluxe room. Room is okay. Bathroom is not hygenic. They have other balcony rooms with nice view home they are better. Also they have a restaurant with good food.
