Good Experience but service was not good as per commitment by the previous manger. The location is good and the rooms and banquet are good. Food is also good. I would like to recommend it but with assurance of good service. Management and staff are very cooperative and friendly and always available on the phone. I would like to give 4 marks out of 5 marks. One point is deducted only due to bad experience in service. 👍

What a Fab.. experience staying @ IP Royal Hotel, New Delhi. From the Rooms and it's interiors, the food and the Hospitality of the staff was just outstanding, will definitely be back soon. Kudos to Team IP ROYAL HOTEL.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The ambience was charming and relaxing, creating a perfect atmosphere for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impressive, adding to the overall positive experience. I can't wait to visit again!

I stayed at the IP Royal Hotel in Ram Vihar for two days. During my stay, the outside door lock was faulty, and despite my complaint, they didn't respond. When I left, I handed over my room keys for lock repair and room cleaning. However, upon returning, neither the door lock nor the room cleanliness had been addressed. I called again for room cleaning, but it didn't happen. Furthermore, the food quality at the hotel is subpar despite the high prices, comparable to a 3-star hotel. The service is also disappointing; even after placing an order, you won't receive anything until at least an hour. It's safe to say that the IP Royal Hotel's services do not live up to their name. These were my views, and I hope this helps clarify the situation.
