🔸Looks like bedsheets, pillow never get washed. We noticed vomit strains, hairs on the bed cover, pillow covers. 🔸Rooms have unhygienic smell. 🔸If you order tea or coffee, they bring it in third rated plastic cover. 🔸They don't even have food grade plastic plates. 🔸Breakfast fast and all very limited quantity. 🔸Don't expect hot water in the bathroom. 🔸Room heater will work only one hour in the morning. 🔸they charge for AC rooms but you may receive non AC if there is a demand in holidays. 🔸They don't have professionals employed. You have to interact with people very unprofessional there. You can't argue for the bad services. 🔸They don't provide drinking water in the rooms. Most importantly is it is not suitable for FAMILIES. BE AWARE!!! Hotel guy just replied for my review. He is trying to create this review has false information. He has not arranged any single replacement on the above said. To understand his poor service better, look at the people who reviewed already and rated so badly.. He has so many fake reviews as well (we unfortunately believed it was real and found those were their own staff)

I have been there for a week. The staffs, location of hotel, services, rooms... Everything was Awesome 👍 I appreciate the way they treat their guests. I recommend this for good hospitality. Good for solo and family visits when your in Mysore at your Budget 👍👍

✓I had a worst experience. ✓The bedsheets and pillow covers were not washed I found urine strains. After then they brought another bedsheet set which was also with strains. ✓In the cupboards I found some waste trash. ✓In the rooms and coridoors there was a cigarette smell. ✓The customer service was bad, since we were asking for quick service, one person came over drunk and argued badly. The hotel CCTV footage will be a proof for this statement. ✓Another one said his duty time is over when asked for service. ✓The morning coffee was provided in a thin plastic parcel cover ( which is used to parcel sambar in hotels). ✓They have TV but no remote and it is not working. ✓We saw the good reviews and booked the rooms for our stay but now I feel that those good reviews were fake. !!BE AWARE!! ✓It is not suitable for family stay.
