The rooms were cold, a bit dirty and quite dated. Staff were reasonably friendly and helpful. Food was great. The tour to the palace on the hill was wonderful and the staff made this an enjoyable adventure.

This place is beside a noisy main road, the shower has no hot water and dribbles, the sheets on the bed are old and it's generally run down. We booked for two nights and left after one, the hotel refused to offer money back for the second night. Avoid.

I had a terrible experience. Owing to personal reasons, had to check out from the hotel one day earlier instead of the actual booked date. Despite repeated attempts requesting for partial refund, the hotel denied. Extremely disappointed. Please do not make any booking in this hotel. Funny they call themselves "Heritage Hotel"...

It’s a quiet place and they have a beautiful garden with fountains and swings if you like to sit on the outdoors. Wi-Fi doesn’t reach the room, that’s an advantage or not it’s upto you! Rooms are good but the bathroom is not very clean, flush doesn’t work properly. Their service of tea and breakfast isn’t great, I would recommend to not opt for it. Bottles are twice or thrice of MRP. staff is polite, not very prompt with service!

I loved this stay! Sitting in the garden drinking masala chai is what everyone wants from their India vacation. There is only Wi-Fi in the common area, but that's not a problem. The bed was a little hard, but there were no bugs in the room (this is very important). The pineapple juice is also delicious. I couldn't figure out how to get hot water, but I'm sure this was user error. Also the AC didn't work, but we were able to use the ceiling fan just fine. Nice food for breakfast and dinner. Bundi was one of my favorite stops in Rajasthan.
