ITIS Suites

A big house ill designed , small rooms but unwanted spacious open spaces.Most bathroom fittings not working properly.Jacuzzi out of order. Geyser warms some 400 ml water which runs out before u have finished washing half ur head. Queen suite 2 is on 2nd floor but access is from 3rd floor and u will be huffing puffing carrying luggage down a precarious spiral staircase. Worst part is the manager one fellow called Ram who is the most uncourteous ill behaved most non accommodating person. We booked the whole house for a wedding group for 2 days on 3rd and 4th Nov 2023. Problems started from the word go.. Checked in late at 8 pm, kids were tired. They were most unwelcoming, we had to carry our own luggage, rooms were clean but small smelling of an old house. They did not give more than a single extra bed even on requesting. We were not allowed to sleep in the hall saying that its a common area and we have to pay extra to use it. Beats common sense when u have booked the entire property and there is no other guest other than our family. We were forced to shift extra beds at 2 am from the common area in a rude way. Central AC was shut down citing some silly reason. Despite telling them to serve breakfast a bit late as we were all coming late at night and kids would wake late , it fell on deaf ears and they would keep everything at 8 am and disappear as robots. We were forced to eat cold breakfast. The kitchen had no utensils to rewarm stuff . Heights of bad courtesy was the fellows telling one of the guests that she will be charged for staining a pillow with henna!! Check out was again a time for a rude behaviour by the manager. We had clearly told we will check out by 2 pm at time of booking but the rude man was arguing again and asking to vacate by 11 itself. Overall a bad experience during a happy ocassion. I have stayed in homestays and 5 star hotels across the world ranging from small clean homestays in Kerala to 5 star hotels in Dubai to excellent home stays in Switzerland etc etc. I would rate ITIS on a negative scale and my advice to people is: Please do not book this place unless whole of Bangalore is fully booked, even a riad side dhaba would be better than this. A word of advice to the owner of the property if he is reading the reviews ever: You are in hospitality business and even if you own TAJ MAHAL and if people are paying for using the services , the guests literally are owners of the property (yes with rules) and u better treat them like SHAHJAHAN..Dear Sir please remember CUSTOMER IS THE KING. Worst place to stay. Very unprofessional staff, bathrooms are huge but most of the fittings not working, Good kitchen but they don't provide even plates to eat. No privacy. My host has selected the worst place in the beautiful city of Bangalore. After coming all the way from Dubai, the trip was spoiled due to the unpleasant experience in ITIS.
