Very bad service, no customer service, while we checked in the lift was on after that they turned off to save energy. It says free brake fast but only plain dosa and idly are included. Remaining extra charge. The fan regulator doesn't work. Another fan makes a big rattling sound, and I can't even sleep. No dental kits or soaps. Middle of night electricity was off, no power backup. I booked this hotel based on lift service, i got knee problems, but they turned off.

Perfect for a getaway. Very peaceful and calm environment. Rooms are also good and very welcoming staff.

Pathetic experience, please don't go for this stay..better find one lodge ..we stayed there for one night they didn't had geyser, no proper lights working, fan regulator out of order,lift they keep off and they all act as if it happened just now... kindly don't go for this hotel.highly disappointing
