1. Hotel is a part of service industry and the first review and experience must be about the behaviour & service, it was good. People were humble and co-operative. 2. Hotel, according to budget it's good. Don't compare to any star hotel. 3. Breakfast need to improve, I will give negative marks. 4. Overall you can stay for a night when you are single and the purpose is only to have a place where you refresh & sleep and can take care of your outside business meets or general city visit.

Third class hotel and ghatiya service. Nobody attended the complaints, no clean toilets, even no napkins, when I asked for a towel, literally he was giving me when I was in reception. The shower was not working properly, there was no hot water, and the cups were dirty.

Prime location, feasible rooms! Little old school but serves the location purpose! I frequently visit! Powdered milk only can provide with real milk for tea coffee is suggested. Don't miss out on the natural ice cream next door, also the complimentary breakfast. Please improve the tea and coffee with real milk.
