Room was okay with the price. The in-house food service was prompt and quick. Only veg options were available but quality and taste were good. Bathroom fittings are old and the bathroom door knob was broken. One plus point is located near to ISBT 43 but the major negative issue is its location inside Kajheri village (damp roads and not a good neighbourhood)

Its a budget hotel which is located at sector 52. Location is not that good but hotel is clean and tidy with nice bathroom which I liked most about this property. They were not giving mineral water but after asking they provided it. I asked for 1 hr checkout extension but as my flight was late but they didn’t agree to give it. When I checked out and told the manager in the morning about this then he was agreed but it was already late. Overall its a not too bad or good for a budget stay. Another thing is that I had a nice breakfast over there.. amazing Aloo paratha.

Biggest mistake of booking this place. The taps was throwing out dirty water as the room was not used for long. Treebo usually has too much attitude when it comes to check in and checkout time but that that only to show off. Their quality of service and maintenance is pathetic. The care taker tried to help ut such problems need to be fixed before the guest enters. I don't think the bedsheets were changed . It looked dirty, but I was too tired to take a picture. They promise breakfast and give u only 1 paratha and a cup of tea. Not asking for unltd but atleast a couple more servings shd be offered. It's not a big expense. The toilet was stained. Some cheap Chinese geyser they had which cudnt keep the water hot for long. Overall experience was bad. Wud not recommend treebo to anyone. They r following oyo standards. Never booking a treebo again, just like how I have given up on oyo.

Pros: 1. Rooms looked great on the first glance. 2. Bathroom was spacious and clean. 3. Food they serve was edible and likable. 4. Staffs were polite. Cons: 1. Noicy rooms! Even the song at the lift disturbs you at night! There was a sound like a mouse moving at the roof all night (no. 405) 2. Cloths used on the bed (bedspread/ duvet/ pillow covers) are not upto treebo's cleanliness. 3. No wardrobe! No space to keep your luggage/ dress 4. Food plates were not at all clean! Looks like they didn't even wash it since they started the hotel!
