In the center of the city, but in a lane off the main road, so very accessible without the hustle and bustle. Fairly calm and quiet. Just stayed for a night with no services availed. Not that there were many facilities on offer. Nice big clean airy rooms (ac and non-ac) with nice airy and clean bathroom. 👌 The bed linen could have been cleaner. Looked like the linen was looking forward to be retired. The room I booked was at a very attractive price; and the staff very friendly and helpful. Only reason I gave 3 🌟 is due to the linen in my room. Of course, I did not ask them to change it, but would not mind going back for a no-hassle budget stay. I just hope the next time the linen is cleaner.

The Hotel was under construction, paint work was going on. They do not have a kitchen so they ordered our breakfast from outside which was horrible to eat. Most of the time staffs were missing Not a good experience after spending a good amount for the room

Rooms are spacious. But not well maintained. Service is not upto the mark. Tried calling in the service in the morning, no one picked up. No kitchen/restaurant of its own. Complimentary breakfast is provided from outside but it's quality and quantity was good.

Location was the only thing that is decent about this place, otherwise almost everything about this place is bad. In my room(& mind it I have booked a 'double deluxe room @~Rs. 2500/- per day) there are no 'glasses' to drink water/coldrinks or anything, no wifi signal. The room was not properly cleaned & the blanket was really dirty. Also no channel was coming on the TV(but we were promised all the FREE Satellite channels). Lots of chaos in providing the 'Complementary BREAKFAST' as 1 day they've provided us half of the breakfast at 9:00, the other is at 10:00. So alot of irregularities is there in this section as well. I would rather call it a SCAM. So I would recommend you that don't book this Hotel just by seeing this scam of 'Complementary Breakfast'. Also, in 1 of our booked rooms(I have booked 2 rooms as well), we couldn't be able to use the cup-board for the whole duration of 2 days due to a very strange reason which is 'THE OWNER HAS KEPT SOME OF HIS PERSONAL 'Documents''. This was absolutely ridiculous. Also, there were no hanger in the cupboards, which was really wired. In my room, for the first day, there was no habdwash liquid as well. So one of the worst experience of mine in any 'hotel'. Also, don't blindly believe these uninformed Treebo customer care executives (as this hotel is associated with Treebo hotels). 1 of these CC executives has informed to me that we will be getting 'WELCOME KIT' once we arrive at the property, but the owner at the property declined that they don't have any such policy & when I called the customer care number, someone else from the CC team has confirmed that yeah Treebo hotels doesn't have any such policy 🤣. I don't know from where the other CC executive has gotten this info. That they provide the same. So I will not recommend this hotel to any of my known ones, especially after experiencing the worst thing myself.
