WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY EVER!!!! The overall experience at the property was worst ever I had so far for the stay at hotel. Forget the value for money, it wasn’t even worth opting such a property. I would strongly suggest to not keep this even your last option for booking. I reached the hotel after a 6 hour long bike ride, being totally drenched and tired and found nothing but disappointment there. No assistance, no lift to take luggage to rooms, No one at reception desk to check you in, had to wait there for it, smaller room was provided in place of the one shown in website while booking, on asking for change the manager asked to change the property but he won't change the room. This guy was the worst ever I met, knows nothing about hospitality or even talking with people. Later there was no water in the taps, had to wait in for like 30mins to get the water there, no wifi as was listed in amenities, for the complimentary breakfast, we were given a fixed choice of Idli/Dosa (not even eggs were available) that too of a very sub grade quality like from a localised vendor and in limited quantity (2 idlis or 1 dosa per person, rest is chargeable) which was also against what was listed in website for unlimited breakfast. Add to it, when asked for water, I was told that only 1 bottle pre day is complimentary, rest I need to pay. So I asked for regular RO water which was not available there. The manager/caretaker was quite arrogant and mannerless as he do not know how to talk with guests. Summary of my stay: 1.Most Importantly- Worst Hospitality, unprofessional, rude, mannerless caretaker who almost refused the booking on asking for change of room. Also, argued over the breakfast charges. 2. Delay in Check-in 3. Smaller Room provided with damped and cracked walls 4. Wifi - Not Provided (Listed Amenities) 5. No water in Bathroom 6. Substandard quality of complimentary Breakfast 7. No regular RO drinking Water -

My experience at the hotel was extremely disappointing. The room I was assigned turned out to be significantly smaller than what had been advertised. Upon check-in, I encountered a receptionist who appeared to have minimal knowledge about the hotel and had to constantly contact the owner for answers to my inquiries. Additionally, I selected this property because they advertised Wi-Fi availability, but upon arrival, I was informed that it was not functional. To make matters worse, there was no elevator on the premises. My frustration reached its peak during breakfast service. I was contacted early in the morning to place my order, but despite waiting for an hour and thirty minutes, my breakfast had not yet been delivered. When I called to inquire about the delay, I was informed that my order had been mistakenly placed at a different restaurant. I strongly advise against considering this property for your stay. It appears that the owners prioritize financial gain over providing a satisfactory guest experience, resulting in my worst hotel experience to date. Brand like Treebo, should take care of this and take necessary action.
