It was the first road trip with our 7 month old. The hotel staff made our experience amazing. We have also heard that food in Gir is bit of a concern. But surprisingly food was amazing, they also supported us with baby food. Location 5/5 Rooms 4/5 Service 5/5 Staff 5/5

While the property is decently located and maintained, however service of staff is very poor and slow. They don't have enough staff to attend to guest needs. Also they have a knee jerk reaction to every request and are not at all proactive. They definitely need some hospitality training from some good five star property in India.

Big brand name , good infrastructure but service is poor. Overall property and landscape are treat in middle of forest. Housekeeping is wrost, they dint even care to clean rooms
