The two host are very friendly, they had some amazing stories to tell about the history of the place and are very into wildlife conservation. They served a delicious breakfast and even packed some sandwiches for the morning road trip ahead (my sister was very much enjoying!). They were also accommodating and cooked us dinner with 3 types of main dishes that were all super delicious. We were also able to use their laundry machine to wash our clothes. The rooms are big, clean, bathroom are very clean. It is very close to the lake and most of the tourist destinations. One note: the location is on a steep hill. Though the view is amazing during sunrise and sunset

We as couple have spent almost week in Aug-23 in their Kings suite. Owners of the house are very caring and supporting. They take care of each and every small hospitality of couple. Location is most favourable. You will find many stay which offer lake facing and nearby to Pichola lake but reality is that those stay are located to very Chaos place which don't provide peaceful atmosphere and also lake view are not clean and hygiene. Also they charge higher than all just because of lake view. I recommend to stay in Jai villa which is hardly 4 Km away to pichola, city palace and all nearby landmarks and have lunch at pichola nearby restaurants so that you can fulfill your lake view memories and peaceful stay both. Owners of Jai villa are extraordinary in welcoming guests. You can give 200/100 in terms of their behaviour and personality. They have very rich background in hotel management and their own source of fresh organic vegetables, fruits, milk products and handmade spices with versitle recipies which truly you will not found in whole udaipur. I must stay if you are couple, friends or family, Jai villa is the best place as worth of money in terms of location, hygiene, food, hospitality. Lastly, "Love you Gunsha from me and Kiran 😘🤗"

I visited Jai Villa homestay for a couple of days. The place is situated in a peaceful area and very close to the main city. The hosts were very kind and after a while they felt more like relatives than hosts. The place is very well maintained and is equipped with all necessary things. The food is amazing and the company of hosts enlightens it.

If you are looking for a royal home stay, you should visit Jai Villa. They give you a memorable experience with all best amenities. Beautiful ambience, king size beds, antique decorations, awesome food, big swing on terrace and a lovely pool. Cool breeze on terrace will make you feel fresh within 5 minutes walk. Owners believe in quality hosting, which is actually a pride of Rajasthan🙏 Food quality is awesome here. Well maintained, top cleanliness and propoer hygiene is followed. Range wise, I don't think that it matters for such a beautiful and comfortable accommodation.
