My recent stay at the Jardin Hotel in Indore was truly delightful. The hotel boasts a prime location, making it convenient to explore the Indore city. I was particularly impressed with the comfort of the rooms, ensuring a restful experience. The staff, especially Mr. Mukesh and Mr. Kabir in the restaurant, were the epitome of politeness and courtesy, greatly enhancing our dining experience with their exceptional service. The food was not only delicious but also served promptly. The breakfast spread was varied and catered to all tastes. Additionally, the ample parking space was a significant convenience. I highly recommend the Jardin Hotel for families seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Indore.

I wish I could give 0 star. Had a very bad experience. It was my marriage and the decoration staff promised me the decoration which didn’t happened and took advanced first. They were not ready to do anything without advance money and we trusted them for their work. It was my first experience at Jardin Hotel and couldn’t be worse. I highly regret working with Jardin hotel and staff. I regret spending my money on this worst hotel. Please save yourself and dont ever trust these people and the hotel.

Recently booked for my brothers wedding reception. It was a horrible experience as there was so much of last minute chaos and the decorations was not as planned nor there was the arrangement of speaker or music system. The hotel and the decor team insisted for full advance payments, but it was all a waste of money as nothing was as planned. I won’t recommend jardin to anyone.

𝐇𝐚𝐝 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, we Recently booked Jardin hotel for my brother in law’s marriage and discussed everything in advance with the staff and decoration team, but they disappointed us soo much with everything. They took full advance payment from us and after discussion also they did completely different arrangements, unexpected decoration and changed colour theme which was not been told. They were also very rude and mean they don’t have manners how to talk. We Discussed about speakers and mic arrangements with them, but at the end time they denied and said nothing was finalised and at end time chaos happened and they argued with us. They gave us 2 rooms for bride groom for changing but due to their delay in arrangements we were getting late for bride and groom entry so couple were waiting in hotel room but hotel staff asked them to vacant room, and didn’t allowed them to use that rooms also. And because of that our bride and groom has to wait in lobby. Jardin was the worst hotel I have ever visited. And I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Please never visit here and save your money from fraud and scam🙏🏻
