This hotel is close to the beach & it is the only good thing about it. I have many issues with this particular hotel. TV in our room was not working at all. They didn't send a technician even after complaining. The room had no wifi coverage. Tried to call the room service, but apparently, the number was switched off. The check-in time is 1 p.m., whereas the checkout time is 11 a.m. which is a little weird for me. There were limited food options in the buffet. The staff didn't prepare an adequate amount of food for the guest,there was always a shortage for something or the other. They cooked food in mere quantities, which eventually finished quickly & everybody had to wait. The restaurant staff definitely has an idea about the number of guests staying in & should prepare food considering the same to avoid chaos, which we face at breakfast. The restaurant was not even clean. There were spider webs in the corners & huge mosquitoes joining us for breakfast. Definitely hygiene issues.

We had a lovely stay at Jasmine Palace.the beach is just a minute walk from the hotel. The hotel has a good lawn and a lovely swimming pool. The room given was neat and clean. Thanks to the entire team of jasmine

Beautiful hotel, good ambience, clean and tidy room, very supportive and polite staff. Food was awsome, clean swimming pool. Over all great experience. Must visit place

Showing pictures of pool side rooms and alloting a room on the second floor (No lift) of a building outside the resort campus. We booked 2 rooms, 4 months back and are given the least priority. AC malfunctioning, no tea/coffee counter in room, no chairs, no wifi. Worst breakfast buffet I've ever seen! It's better than sleeping in the car, so if that's what you're looking for it's alright I guess.
