Rooms can definitely improve by leaps and bounds, especially, with so many other hotel options located nearby to Hotel Jivanta. Location wise is its only strong point as it is about 500 meters from baby's temple. Also, the hotel provides a complimentary temple pick-up and drop service. However, they have employed a very rude driver who could do well with regards to some soft skills training while interacting with guests. Food, only vegetarian fare is available, prepared in the hotel's cafeteria called 'Grains Aahar' is quite good, fresh and yummy..

Really enjoyed our stay there. Rooms were quite good. But need little more maintenance polishing. But overall great place to stay and convenient location to the mandir. Also their restaurant is one of the best in all of Shirdi. Highly recommend

Excellent restaurant food. It was freshly made. The kitchen staff especially the restaurant manager was very understanding and helpful. The chef took utmost care in giving us a memorable experience. Filter coffee was outstanding. The hotel facilities can be pepped up though. The bathrooms are small and a little inconvenient. The drainage wasn't good. The AC in one room wasn't working. The toilet spray tap was leaking and the bathroom stayed wet due to that. Our driver didn't have a proper space to sleep. The room provided for them was dirty and unkempt. He stayed in another hotel due to that. We took care of his expenses. It's important that the driver gets restful sleep too.
