The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hospitality team leading women is humble and helpful. The place where the hotel is located is very good and the rooms are big and kept tidy. The issue is with the pests found in the room. We had 2 days stay and on both the days pests were found on the walls and cleaning team helped to clear it. Vikram is most helpful and kind. The reason for the rating is because of the cleaning staff Rajesh , he is THE most rude person and whines to come and clean the rooms. He is not fit to be in this service as his behavior will be rude as if he is serving people for free. Even if served for free his attitude is very much condemned. He does not know respect and speaks lethargy disrespectful words. He is like a black mark for the hotel that brings the entire hotel staff's morale. We are very much still offended because of his actions and it was not a happy stay just because of this staff. Please be aware of this staff when you step into the hotel. Other than him and the pest that can be controlled, the hotel is good.

Easy to find. Hotel is on main road and nearby market. Towels and bedsheets were clean. Soaps, Shampoo, Conditioner,Comb, toothbrush & paste was provided by hotel which I personally liked. Room service was fast. All staff members were humble. Good quality food was provided and you will love the breakfast buffet system. Hotel Staff Dinesh was nice and humble. He helped us in every possible way. He guided us about nearby places. I recommend to stay at this hotel.

Excellent place to stay in the middle of the good locality (Saibaba Colony). Rooms are very neat and clean. Food quality is very good and homely. Sneha has been very helpful during our stay. Really enjoyed our stay.
