Don't be surprised to find that what they quote on call or website or by images on the website is totally different from reality. The receptionist is not professional doest know anything about property. Handed over me keys of room which was already occupied. Bed sheet had stains. Food quality was poor. Receptionist doesn't even know how to make bills, and no entry is being maintained for the guests.

The only good thing they have done is to have the hotel in a prime location, so that they can scam the needy people effortlessly. They provide one of the most pathetic service is Jodhpur, a city known for its grace and beauty. They are Truely a black sheep in hotel business. The staff here is more lost in life than Dory, the fish. Extremely unprofessional staff who return your laundry e days after you check out. They claim to be having dining services but in reality, they too order from Swiggy/Zomato and charge you at double margin. Extremely unhappy with the hotel management and the staff. They are truly lucky that Google doesn't have negetive reviewing scale. It must be working in their favour. I hereby urge yall to please boycott this hotel and completely erase it from your Jodhpur itnenaray.

Please book this hotel if you want to explore the chawl. Stinking rooms, leaking roofs and no water in bathrooms, arrogant staff. If and only if you want to spoil your vacations book this hotel else there are multiple options available. Also never book through Goibibo they are party to their fraud scheme

If you want to stay on hourly basis then you can think about this hotel . Its pathetic hotel located in good place. Rooms are dirty, in which half the electricals are not working. Staff is very unprofessional. They dont have restaurant , if you order something then they will order from outside Dhaba and serve it to you. This hotel is not even worth Rs 800 -1000 per night. I would recommend to never stay at this place. Horrible experience.
