Stayed here for 4 days and it was really great. Loved the view of the snow covered mountains from the room. Room service and food was good. They have a very polite staff. All amenities were provided as mentioned while booking. Extra charges for a room heater if asked by the customer. Overall we had a great stay at this place. Would be great if they can arrange a bonfire in the evening as they have enough space in front of the hotel.

Staff was kind but one of the managers where very rude. From the time we entered to exit we had to follow up for basic stuff like towels, cleaning of rooms, soap and shampoo, etc. We had to stay there for 3 nights and the experience was not really great. The view outside the hotel was good and notable. Food variety and taste was not that good. I believe they were understaffed at the time we checked in. There is hotel Sher -e- Punjab near this hotel which came to rescue. Will never recommend this hotel.

It is near to Jogni waterfall and Vashisht temple, both are 1 km trek away. Dinner quality and taste was good, though dessert needs to improve a lot. Also breakfast spread needs improvement. In terms of room, they are comfortable. But cigarettes smoke makes the lobby pathetic to even stand for a minute. That needs attention. If some of these things gets improved, it will be an amazing stay overall.

Pros: • Rooms have balcony • Less than 1 km from Jogini waterfalls yet nearby the main road (not much scenary outside) Cons: • Rooms weren't clean. 😡 We could see hairs, dirts in the bed on the first day of check in and previous guests throw aways weren't cleared from dustbins. • In few rooms, the balcony door was having space below which was leaking the cold air into the room. During December and staying with kids, it was not comfortable at all. Therefore we need to rent the room heaters for which they charge 500 per day for single rode heating tower. • Even paid services were not complete. We requested room heaters. Double rode heaters weren't available. Single rode heaters couldn't heat beyond a feet from it. It wasn't swinging and we need to follow up to get it replaced. • Furnitures were broken or not working • Staffs were polite but not helpful or responding to our requests. You need to either follow up a couple of times or they reject politely. Staff never make any attempt to help guests. • Food wasn't tasty compared to previous hotel's experience and not much variety • Dining isn't punctual, expect 15 to 30 mins delay. Do not plan your day based on the complimentary breakfast. • Topping to the above, there isn't adequate chairs on the dining hall. 😡 • There was just one provision for handwashing which was within a rest room and didn't have hot water. Imagine washing your hands at -5°C 😡 • No hot water in bathroom. Sometimes no water at all 😡 • Even deluxe rooms don't get complimentary water bottles. If you want water, call reception and they will bring you a jug of water • No complimentary coffee or tea dips in rooms unless you ask for • If you dial reception for any of this issue, guess what... the phone don't work 😡😡😡 😡 WASTE OF MONEY 😡 MOOD SPOILER 😡 STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED!

Stayed here for 4 days, had a wonderful experience... 1. View from the balcony is just amazing, you wake up with the view of Rohtang glaciers and birds singing for you as well. 2. Cleanliness is excellent. 3. Hotel staff - like you are with your family. 4. The Quality is food is super amazing, we didn't had any food outside the premises. Quality food 👍👍👍
