Great rooms and location, should have washed bed sheets more neatly. Helper boys are taking extra money for each help. People travelling from far places , not knowing prices, believe and give away money whatever they ask for.

My room no. was 301 and things were stolen. After lot of argument they had reimbursed. But I have lost the trust.

The only highling is the Location if the hotel off MG ROAD near to Benz Circle. Madam in the reception had attempted to really resolve the cockroah issue.... but was helpless.... Service too was below average as even the kettle dint work even after getting it replaced. Nothing to talk about the breakfast I have the videos but don't want to share.... shall never come again
