This is a 2-star hotel, so make your decision accordingly. This is actually a marriage or convention hall and is suited for those kind of events only. The staff is not trained enough, skilled enough or motivated enough to deal with vacationing guests. The staff is indifferent and at times rude. Our room had a foul smell throughout our stay. The drain was most likely blocked and it created an odor in the room. Instead of cleaning, they just put a few room fresheners. The parking guard twice slammed the door on my face at the reception. The food is okay, but you can get way better quality food and service just a little distance away from this hotel at cheaper rates. The property is right on the road so accessibility is not an issue. This property is good for travelling salesman or those travelling on budget. It is inconvenient if you are travelling with a family or in a large group.

Justa Palampur is a decent property with good comfortable rooms fitted with all weather ACs. The breakfast is exceptionally good. Staff, especially Vinay, were very polite. The room furniture and washrooms however need some maintenance

The location is very good and the rooms and view are very good. The breakfast buffet was so yummy 🤤🤤. Staff was very nice and cooperative. Overall a quiet and nice place to stay
