Giving 1 star because there is no option of negative marking. This hotel is fraud don't book even a Single room. I recently made a booking for 8 rooms for four nights and they asked me to pay advance money for booking. I paid them Amount of around INR 22000 as an advance. Few days back their Staff called me suddenly and said hotel is shut down and your bookings are cancelled and no refund was given. I am following up with them for refund but no one from Hotel is picking up my call since last 7 days. It's a complete fraud. when they were aware that hotel is going to shut why did they even book rooms. avoid this hotel. Such fraudsters should get punished where they fool their customers and loot others money. In spite of several emails i did not even received a reply of single email.

If you want a mental peace than please don't book this hotel . They are fraud . Please don't book hotel as they are shut . One of my colleague have recently booked this hotel offline and moreover they have not informed that they are shut and taken advance from us . Now for last 7-8 days we are calling continuously but no one is bothered to respond . At last owner of the hotel attended the call yesterday after several follow up and as usual they are very busy and for them it will take 10-15 days more to get the amount refunded back to us .This is stress and please don't entertain such fraudster if you are looking for peaceful stay in Navi Mumbai. We are writing mail to CIDCO as well to remove the hotel preference from their list as in their website it says its very close to CIDCO and good budget hotel .

I strongly advise against booking this hotel. The premises advertised on MMT and other websites do not match the actual hotel. The rooms are not worth the price you pay, and the bathroom was leaking. The rooms were unclean and had a bad smell, and there were cockroaches inside. The floor corridors had food plates lying on the floor with a very bad smell, which the staff only cleaned after multiple requests. The hotel's restaurant is very expensive, dirty, and has poor service. The bathroom did not have a hand-wash.
