Hotel is situated at good location, but prices they charged us are three times than regular rates, rooms were stinking with Cigarette smoke, no water kettle was arranged after asking for it they said those are locked in our store room & we don't have keys for it. Mr. Dsouza at reception is very rude, being in hospitality industry they need to be friendly with guest. They have restaurant at roof top ambience is cozy & food is also good. Housekeeping & Restaurant team are very good & helpful in nature.

I have visited with my family and had stayed for two days, never ever came across with a beautiful hotel as much as I have traveled till yet…the hotel is clean,the staff is very humble polite food quality is the best enjoyed mutton tambda pandra raasa.The owner Mr.Mugdum Sir he is gem of a person no words to describe him very humble kind caring. Best hotel to stay

Elegance meets standards at Hotel Ktree Kolhapur. This home has a high level of attention to detail. Right from the start, I was treated like royalty. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, and the food at the on-site restaurant was a delight. It was very amazing how committed the staff was to making the trip unforgettable.

I like to have food here from last 7 to 8 years. But today's experience bit different. Staff they hired dont understand what we ordered. Drink they served not to quantity I ordered. I suggest check please when you order Drink for quantity. They served 90ml for nip. 60ml for 90. I'm absolutely sure about it. But can't fight for it, as with family. Please insure quantity before Drink.
