Very Bad Experience.. I have booked rooms on 22/12/2023 for the date 21/01/2024, I'm here with my son who is just 9 month old.. They cancelled my reservation without intimation, and also not arranging an alternative option, as they have booking for wedding,this is such rude behaviour. 100% not recommended such a bad hospitality.

As a stop eat go option, I felt this is a decent place which is not exorbitantly priced. Regular South Indian food is a good choice although sandwiches are also good. Hygiene could be better.

Best Hotel to stay in Lonavala. Rooms are very clean..Staff is polite and service was good...excellent stay...The food (Nandi restaurant Dinner & Netra fast food breakfast) is pure veg, very tasty and excellent.. Food quality and quantity also good.. Must visit..
