***********AVOID AT ALL COSTS****** 1. Staff is very rude, unhelpful, unfriendly and need to go through some basic training and communication with guests. 2. I booked it thorough MMT for VFS proximity, and, they purposefully ignored online booking and asked for cash before checkin, I was in a hurry for other work so went ahead. They did not provided any bills after checkin or even checkout which was scary in terms of protecting customer rights. They might be evading this to show any booking on paper or hide cash from original owner. ---------------------- MMT-OYO view--------------------------------------- - Resolving the gap with MMT-OYO was cumbersome but they managed to do it on paper. I will update more if and when i get back my booking amount. ------------------------Room condition and Service------------------- - While the single room i lodged was passable for stay, the lift did not work and stairs were dirty, ashes all around, and used condom found in the stairs. - There are some eateries around but found the same issues with receptions and staff being equally rude. "No joy found in the city of joy" ironically. ------------------------------------Value for Money---------------------------------------- While some people would argue/ignore it for the cost of 1200 Rs room as value for money, Its the unpleasant experience you will have that trumps it. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update after 6 months : I never received any refund from MMT-OYO, its just a scam. Please excuse yourself and choose some other.
