Worst experience I had in my life with this resort. Made booking for twin beds in a room whereas no such facility is available in the resort. For breakfast in the morning also, they said it is buffet breakfast. However only 3 items available by 8.30 am. Also location is too interior. My suggestion for tourists is not to book this resort by getting trapped with the photos they have posted on website. I am writing this after the reply from the owner of the resort. First of all, I want to question is when there are no 2 beds in a room, how the photos are uploaded in the website? I have booked only after seeing the photos. 2nd thing, because of your fault, you have upgraded the villa. 3rd thing, I haven't asked you for complimentary dinner. Because of your inefficiency to provide the right resort as claimed in the photos, your people have provided complimentary dinner. I asked your people to give the bill. But they have denied. If you want to pay the bill, I am ready to pay. Send me your number for making payment. Regarding the noise you are saying, might be other people are happy with the resort they got. But you have failed me to provide the resort as shown in the photos. So I definitely had the issue because it is my right when I have paid the amount for the amenities being shown in the photos. Lastly, if there is no mistake from your side, why you have given complimentary dinner and why you have upgraded my villa?

Booked rooms for new year but they insisted that we enjoy New Year with them and pay Rs.2000/- per head. This was a mandatory charge if we want to stay there. Which is absurd. I just want a room to chill with my family. Definitely not recommended.
