Surely a great place to stay in. We went with our two little Kids. The room and washroom both neatly made and clean. The room service was super quick. We stayed here for 2 nights and ordered many times for room service. The food was really good and the staffs were just amazing and decent and humble. They didn’t even accept tips. We had already checked out from hotel and reached station. But as our train was late , they helped us come back to the hotel and rest in our room as it was 2 am in the morning. Do not go by bad reviews , this hotel treated us really good. The food, room and service everything was excellent. And the price of room was a steal. We stayed in room 204.

Totally disappointment when booked them for my daughter birthday. Paid 950 per plate with multiple veg items, but service was damn slow and utensils used for serving vegetables was joke for our guests, that after 5 minutes every vegetable finishes and then we need to wait for 5-10 minutes many times. No doubt vegetables were tasty, staff is polite but nothing matters when service is superb slow and guests waited for food and desserts.

We had booked multiple rooms for one night. Everyone faced six major issues: 1. The bathrooms were not properly cleaned; 2. The service was super slow. A 5 year old kid responds quicker than their staff; 3. They failed to check their water tanks in the morning. The tanks were empty which were switched on for refilling only after we called them multiple times. 1 whole hour was wasted; 4. They do not have a parking area. We were asked to park our cars on the roadside. ROADSIDE ! Come on !; 5. They did not provide us with RO water. They only had bottled water; and 6. There was no landline phone in our room so we had to take the front desk's phone numbers in order to contact them through our personal phones. So much for privacy. Apart from these, there were several maladjustments in the hotel. First, they do not keep any toiletries in the room & their answer is that they give them on a requirement basis. This is the first hotel I have heard something so absurd. Second, the staff that came to clean the rooms were in casual clothes i.e. no uniforms. This creates a level of unprofessionalism on their part. Third, their elevator is too slow. Fourth, while the lunch was good, dinner was pretentious with horrible tasting dessert (gulab jamun). The breakfast buffet was hideous; no salt, no spice in food; idlis were way too fluffy.
