Booked a refundable room, cancelled before notice period due to health. Hotel said they would refund but have not and are ignoring all messages. Give us our money back

I had booked for my father and his colleagues two standard AC Rooms for 10 nights through MakeMyTrip it was such a disappointment that my father had to leave the very next day due to the misbehaviour of the hotel staff. Plus the towels were tore, dirty and ac remotes not working. Plus the hotel people putting allegation on my father saying that the towels he tore. Terrible service and they are not returning the money also. They are fraudsters and scammers.

Room was too good and staff are really helpful.. I recommend if anyone regarding work us embassy plzes contract this hotel..I stay 2 night it's was really so good experience.

This hotel provides well-equipped rooms with essential amenities such as air conditioning, quietness, and cleanliness. Conveniently located on a street with a variety of restaurant choices and a mosque just a few meters away, it offers a convenient and peaceful stay. Despite the busy street, the hotel rooms provide a quiet atmosphere. The only drawback is a slight unpleasant smell in the surrounding area, noticeable when opening the windows for fresh air. However, when the windows are closed, the rooms remain comfortable and free from any odor. Overall, this hotel offers a comfortable and convenient stay with basic amenities.
