Amazing Stay and well maintained.... Had a lovely stay, room was spacious and more comfortable, an antic furnished beautiful homestay,and the lady Ms. July owner of the property, she was very helpful and so kind. Such an amazing staff, always helpful like homely feelings. The continental breakfast was such an amazing presentation and delicious .we stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the beauty of Fortcochin... Next time we will definitely choose the same kimansion only, if anyone looking for a lovey stay in fortcohin don't miss Kimansion....Thank you Ms. July and all staff for your wonderful service.

Bestest of the places to stay in Kochi! This is a magnificent old mansion located at the prime location just behind the beach. Walking distance from major attractions in the city and is surrounded by numerous good restaurants and cafes. The caretaker Harish is friendly and warm. The room we stayed in was huge and had a city facing spacious balcony. The antic furniture and the overall ambience takes you back in time. Though old the place is very well maintained. The breakfast served was good too. And most importantly it is pocket friendly for the experience it offers you. Worth visiting again.

We stayed a few nights during our stay in Kochi with our young girl and loved our room, the beautiful hereditary mansion with its wood floors and high ceilings, beautiful staircase and spacious rooms. Quite an elegant place to enjoy Kochi, located right in the heart of Fort Kochi so a few minutes walk away from the seafront, the Chinese fishing nets, the Biennale's Aspin Wall location and shops and restaurants. We're also very grateful to owner Llewelyn and receptionist/caretaker/cook/organizer extraordinaire Harish who helped in every possible way. We're already looking forward to our next stay!

The only good thing about the place is the location. The property is beautifully constructed but staying inside it was a spooky experience. Most of the area in the property was dark and lights were turned off. Our room was on the ground floor and there was a lot of thudding noise from the room above, due to wooden ceiling. We were almost forced to leave at the check out time and the person did not cooperate enough to keep our one trolley for a couple of hours, as our flight was scheduled later in the day. We were left to fend for ourselves in an unknown city for our luggage, as we wanted to see more sights nearby.
