Price on the higher side. Rooms are good with a balcony. Food is good, but price slightly higher. Breakfast spread is average. Excellent location, right at the center of the city. Campfire with music at night, has Spa and some other shops within premise. Biggest disappointment is traffic management at parking. Nobody to greet or navigate when you drive in. Staff need to be trained in better hospitality. Overall not satisfied for the price. Good location and facilities. Staff should be more welcoming - smile/wish guests.

This is my personal experience while staying in kodai resort hotel. The staffs don't have any emotions except one or two. If we require room service, we have to contact them for three or more times to get it done. Charged extra for laundry service for their towel because laundry service not available with them. Food is good. My rating 2/10.

One of the most beautiful resorts ever.... First of all the location was beautiful and the staff are very polite and courteous.The special welcome tea the served us was very delicious 😋. I would recommend this resort for everyone. The rooms are spacious with a private balcony which has a beautiful view of the surroundings.They have different indoor games and also slides & Swings.Kids loved everything in the resort.Only one thing I want to mention that the resort have steps to go to our rooms so the family with senior citizens or the people with knee pain may find it difficult. Aprt from the everything is awesome 👌.
