Very humble staff and Manager. Had issues with online booking ,than they arranged rooms offline for us. Had a great experience Clean room and all facilities available, only food service little slow for rooms.Rest everything was good. Would recommend everyone for budget stay . Great hotel ! & had great experience

I was stay there 3 nights. They provide me a nice room. The room was clean but there was dust on the curtains and bedside lamps.A small amount of noise from outside the room will be heard inside. But it was a good room. Staff behavior and services were good.

Just a room. Basic budget stay in central but crowded locality. One needs to work hard to get Service and this makes the stay forgettable. Reminders required for tea etc. Torn bedsheet and also a cockroach for company.

very bad experience. I m not sure if I can trust #MakeMyTrip for next booking. I booked this hotel for my father who had one day stay nd the hotel staff made wierd statement that " if i cancel the booking and pay offline then they cud provide room for early check in. otherwise he has to wait till 12pm. " he waited coz we booked via trusted booking website. ambience of hotel nd surrounding was pathetic. also as I booked delux room they still have him executive room saying "it's same rate". hotel room was very small not what photos are provided, full of dust, locality was poor, they mentioned complimentary water bottle but never provided and charged it. Room didn't have door lock latch , or any kundi. site mentioned about toiletries but nothing was provided. sheets were not cleaned. his stay was not comfortable at all. This is sad and disappointing that not just hotel but make my trip also doesn't check on basic amenities before hand and give false information. please don't book this hotel even if u travel alone/solo or with family or friends and want to stay nearby station.
