The hotel ambience was very good. Hotel Service was very caring. We had a wonderful stay during new year time. Rooms are very neat and cleaned. All the dishes what I ordered it was good and delicious taste also. All the staff to be care in the hotel area.

Rooms and ambience were very good. But the behaviour of the reception people especially Mr.Yashwant was not professional. They kept on changing the room rates each time we asked. There were no rate cards too and they were changing the room rates at their own whim and wish. Please have a rate card for each room so that transparency is maintained.

Be Alert! Big Frauds! Most reviews are paid reviews here. Once you booked the room via online like Make My Trip or through any travel portal, you can't cancel or get a refund. We booked hotel for 5 rooms and wanted to cancel 1 room 2 days in advance, still they denied the cancellation and refund (though it is well within the T&C of cancellation policy), rooms are not that great as well and very expenseive choice. It is newly built hotel in Karur and there is no ethics in their business.

We had independence day buffet and the food served was awesome. The staff were courteous and took extra care of all the tables. The food we had felt like home-made with a wide variety of items pleasing both vegetarian and non-vegetarian lovers with former having more number of items. The restrooms were clean too. I would recommend to give this restaurant a try if you haven't already done.
