KTDC Tamarind must be one of the few KTDCinns that is fairly clean. The location is easily reachable. The food was served hot. The building Is not ugly like all government buildings are today. The toilet was clean and usable comparitively. No toilet paper. The current manager must be a little particular .

Stopped by for breakfast on our drive to Ooty. I was impressed by the cleanliness and friendly nature of the restaurant staff. The South Indian breakfast was excellent. I will try their lunch offering on my return journey. Keep up the good work.

The location is excellent and the staff and waiters are very friendly and courteous. Good food but limited menu. The general condition of the rooms and the building requires upgrade...the general upkeep is not good mainly due to aging. Needs an immediate maintenance works....loose bathroom doors, rickety door locks, Linen was ok, but the general condition and the open dining area need to be re-done ... especially as this place has lots of tourists coming from other states....this place needs a revamp. I hope the minister of tourism who is very progressive must visit this place an do a personal evaluation. A thought......

We were travelling to Wayanad via Nilambur. Our plan was to have breakfast from Farza Restaurant Nilambur which didn't happen as we were little early and they were not open. We did not find any good restaurants later but found this. The ambience is good and having neat toilet facilities and car parking which all we need. Enjoyed it though the taste of food is not worth for the money paid

Went to the restaurant after hearing lots of positive reviews. We ordered chattichoru and meals.Utter disappointment!!!!!The only good thing was Semiya payasam which we got along with the meals. I will never bother to visit there again. And they charge too much for such a bad food!!!!!I dont mind to pay if the food was worth the money, but clearly it was not the case.
