Hi I am a regular customer of Kumar resturant till 7th January. Most of the weekend I spend time with my family in kumar. On 7th January at night I came for the dinner and On that day we were served by bengalies and a new lady staff and the food is too bad and we asked for 7 porotta and we get 4 porotta and we she and Bengali staff not taken balance orders and just brings porotta only , when we asks where is curry they takes 15 to 20 min to bring curry at that time we all finished the food And we ordered veg stoo and we gets something like a water stoo taste band and the we ordered coffee and gets black coffee What a bad service is that and there is a staff on that day he doesn't matters us . So I gives only 1 star .

Very good hotel around kerlaaa very good rooms with neat and tidy I had stayed in 301 had lot of Ampliments never miss to stay here.... My genuine thing I love the stay they help and teached me to speak malayalam sooo thankful for your support we wish we stay here eveytime we come punalur ❤✌

Thorough enjoyed our stay here, everything was perfect 🥰. Room service was immaculate and though our meals at the hotel was only for breakfast, it was delicious. The only downside was that international credit cards were not accepted, which resulted into panic mode looking for ATMs!

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Kumar Palace in Punalur, Kerala, India and it was an excellent experience. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The staff members were all incredibly polite and helpful, making my stay truly memorable. One of the highlights of my stay was the restaurant, which offered delicious food and excellent service. The menu had a great variety of dishes, all of which were expertly prepared and presented. The staff members were attentive and friendly, ensuring that all of my needs were met. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Kumar Palace for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Punalur. The excellent rooms, polite and helpful staff, and fantastic restaurant make it a top choice for travelers. I can't wait to return on my next trip to Kerala. Jacob Pulimootil
