Nice location, calm and quiet area, greener spaces. Tried the heritage rooms and the architecture was great, except that the wood had dusty odor and caused some discomfort sleeping.. Breakfast was a hearty spread, other amenities in the hotel were amazing too

Good staff but very slow room Service. I went with my mother (we were only 2 females), it's very safe for females. Ala-carte food was better but staff need to prompt in service. It's not there fault too as the sitting area and actual kitchen distance is more hence they were taking time to get the food. Just to get the salt, It took 5-7 mins and another 10 mins to get the lemons and onion.

Nice property with lots of greenary. Rooms are also good for people who like heritage ambience. The only issue is with the house lizards which are almost every where across the property including dinning are and the rooms. Food is below avg. and thr SPA is extremely expensive compared to other SPA centres in Kerala.
