Pros: Nice stay and friendly staffs. Hot water is available almost all time/ on ask whenever required. Staffs attend queries immediately and offer better service. Rooms are neat and clean. Located in center and is accessible. Provided with tv connection (which works ;)) Big dressing mirror and other furniture provided are good Hot water connection available with wash basin also. Neat toilets Welcome kit provided on ask. Hot water for drinking is also provided as on when asked. Cons: Extra Pillows are a bit old. Parking space is less No restaurant but staffs can get food if required. No lift facility but manageable as steps are not too high and limited in number Wall sound proofing can be better Summary Over all a better stay with family and at moderate budget.

Me and my family stayed in this hotel during the last week of December. We booked 2 deluxe rooms. Our stay was for 2 nights, but it felt like home. -Pros: The staff were very polite and helpful. The rooms were kept quite neat, and had good lighting, and a huge space. The room included two sofa chairs and a little couch. Extra cushions, and blankets were kept ready Easy access to nearby sights and famous places You may get a beautiful view of the city from your room (we did) -Cons: The hotel is situated a little inside and it may be difficult to go there with your own private vehicle as you may have difficulty to get a parking spot. Nevertheless, we always got the same spot under the hotel every-time, so it wasn’t a problem for us. There isn’t any type of noise cancellation as such, so you can clearly hear noises from outside, even the next room. Overall, the stay was very nice for us. And even though it was a little pricey, the experience was worth it.

Prices are very high and service by the management is not good and don't take any transportation from the hotel for sightseeing they are changing double price.

I think this was in options the cheapest hotel in Ooty..But it does cost about 5000..First of all, its location..Omg we had to wander continuosly about 15 min in search of this hotel! The room is quite good but the fact that it doesn't make it worth is their service..In the antartica of India, my mom had to bath in that cold water! Heat water wasn't always available and it is a drawback that no hotel in Ooty should ever have..The staffs are quite respectful tho..So I hope this problem will be solved soon and i don't want to disapprove this hotel so I am giving 3 stars.

The hotel does not have parking space. -The street to the hotel is very narrow, steep and difficult to access. -The rooms are not soundproof and you can hear the sound from the nearby cinema -No hot water in the evening/night -No restaurant -Rooms are average -No welcome kit No water bottle No iron kettle. Tea is just like we are having hot water Room and bathrooms are too dirti -Complimentary breakfast isn’t there
