La Feliz Palacio

Hotel Propert is very good but service is not so good. They need to work on their management skill. There was a strain in bed sheets. wifi was terrible. After asking 3-4 times for any requests staffs are responding. They need to work on their management skill.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at "La Feliz Pacio" in Yercaud, a newly opened hotel that has been welcoming guests for just four months. From the moment I stepped into this establishment, I was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. First and foremost, the rooms at La Feliz Pacio are spacious, neat, and impeccably tidy. This attention to cleanliness and comfort was a delightful surprise, especially considering the hotel's relatively recent opening. The rooms provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the scenic beauty of Yercaud. The hotel's location is truly one of its standout features. Nestled near the forest, it offers guests a tranquil and picturesque setting. Waking up to the sounds of nature and the fresh, invigorating air was a definite highlight of my stay. It's the perfect escape for nature lovers. The staff at La Feliz Pacio were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. While they may be relatively new to the hospitality industry, their enthusiasm and warm demeanor made up for any minor confusions they might have had. Their eagerness to ensure my comfort was evident throughout my stay. Now, let's talk about the food. The on-site dining options were nothing short of delightful. The meals were not only delicious but also showcased local flavors and cuisine. It's evident that the hotel takes pride in offering a memorable culinary experience. Currently boasting 20 rooms, La Feliz Pacio is still expanding. Construction work is underway to create artificial waterfalls and gardens, which will undoubtedly enhance the overall ambiance of the hotel. I can only imagine how enchanting this place will become once these additions are completed. In conclusion, La Feliz Pacio is a fantastic choice for those visiting Yercaud. Despite its recent establishment, it offers spacious and clean rooms, an incredible location near the forest, and a friendly staff. The food is a culinary delight, and with ongoing improvements in the pipeline, this hotel is poised to become an even more enchanting retreat in the heart of Yercaud.
